Charles Brackins

Charles Brackins is more than just a barber; he's a dedicated professional with a passion for his craft and a deep commitment to his community. Born and raised in Sevier County, Charles spent the better part of a decade working within the Sheriff’s Office. However, his desire for something more fulfilling led him on a journey to discover his true calling.

After numerous discussions and a few heated debates, Charles teamed up with Ian Morelan to bring to life the concept of the Salty Barber Company. This endeavor wasn't just about starting a business; it was about creating a space where Charles could find joy in his work while still prioritizing time with his family.

Barbering quickly became more than just a job for Charles; it became his passion. He constantly seeks new opportunities to expand his knowledge and refine his skills, ensuring that every patron who walks through the door leaves feeling their best.

But Charles's dedication doesn't end at the barber's chair. When he's not busy crafting cuts and fades, you'll often find him outdoors with his three boys. From off-roading adventures to lazy days by the water, Charles cherishes every moment spent with his family.

Haylee Ray

Haylee's passion for barbering comes from the confidence she sees in her clients after a great haircut. She believes that something as simple as a fresh cut can make a huge difference in how someone feels about themselves, and helping people find that confidence is what inspired her to become a barber.

Originally from Newport, Tennessee, Haylee learned early on the value of embracing individuality. Today, she enjoys helping patrons express themselves through their personal style while creating a comfortable and welcoming experience in her chair.

For Haylee, barbering is about more than great hair—it's about meaningful conversations, genuine connections, and making sure every client leaves feeling a little better than when they arrived.
